Q: How long will my Bronze Goddess Tan last?
A: Your tan should last seven to ten days if you don’t wash it off in the first 8-10 hours. Factors such as skin type, activities, and maintenance can cause results to vary.
Q: Is it Safe?
A: Yes. The main ingredient in the solution is dihydroxyacetone (DHA). DHA is a simple non-toxic sugar derived from plant sources, such as sugar cane.
Q: How long does a tanning session take?
A: A full body session can take 10 to 20 minutes. The self-contained enclosure sets up in five minutes and the spraying will take only ten minutes.
Q: Does it work immediately?
A: If you choose a solution with a cosmetic bronzer you will have some color immediately but the actual tanning effect will take a few hours to develop.
Q: Can I shower right after my spray tan?
A: No. You should wait 8-10 hours to shower, swim, or any exercise that will cause sweating. This will yield the best results
Q: Does the spray tan offer protection against sunburn?
A: There is no SPF in the spray, so it will not protect you from harmful UV rays. As in any situation, it is best to always use sunblock to protect your skin.
Q: Will the cosmetic bronzer stain my clothes?
A: It is best to wear loose fitting, dark clothes, as the cosmetic bronzer may rub off on your clothes until your first shower 8 to 10 hours after your spraying. We have found the bronzer comes out of most fabrics except for nylons and silks.
